Del Mar Suite

  • High season  $ 1,330 per week (or $190 per night)  3-night minimum stay
  • Low season  $ 1,190 per week (or $170 per night)  3-night minimum stay
  • Holidays*     $1,470 per week (or $210 per night)  5-night minimum stay

* Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Three Kings day, President’s week, Easter week.
  • Rates are based on 2 guests per apartment
  • Please apply an additional charge of $10 per person per night for each additional guest, $20 per person per night on Holidays
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 people
  • Refundable Security Deposit Required
  • Rates include transportation from the Airport or Ferry Station to your Car Rental Company

Rental Policy – Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations:

  • After checking our availability calendar, please call for reservations.
  • Your reservation will be tentative until your deposit is received.
  • At time of tentative reservation, a rental agreement will be forwarded to you for your signature.
  • The signed Rental Agreement and the deposit are required to be received by owner within seven days of initial reservation.
  • Once your deposit and rental agreement are received, your reservation is confirmed and confirmation notice will be sent to you.
  • Reservations will not be honored without a signed Rental Agreement

Payment and Cancellation Guidelines

DEPOSIT AND RENTAL PAYMENTS

To confirm a reservation request, we require a deposit of 50% of the full rental fee, along with a fully executed rental agreement, immediately. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date along with a separate check for the refundable security/damage deposit (see below). 

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

  • 61 or more days prior to arrival: Receive a full refund less $100 administrative fee.
  • 60-31 days prior to arrival: Receive refund of  deposit less a $250 administrative fee. 
  • 30 or less days prior to arrival: NO REFUND unless the space is re-rented. In this case, the Owner will send, to the original renter, a full refund less a $250 administrative fee within three (3) business days of the second reservation holder’s check in.  Security/damage deposit will be returned.
  • All cancellations must be made to and received by the Owner in writing, by email, to: cima00765@yahoo.com. Late arrival or early departure does not warrant a refund of rent. No refund will be offered if the Renter or any of their party are evicted by the Owner or a law enforcement official. 

WE ENCOURAGE THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE.

  • Check out: 11:00AM Late checkout will result in a $100 fee.
  • Please advise the owner if you are unable to arrive prior to 5:00PM.
